If your first question is why, then hopefully this short video will help to convince you.
school wellbeing presentation
We don’t need to convince your students that they need to play video games. They’re already doing so. What does need to be addressed is how they game and how this impacts their health & wellbeing.
We talk to your students about:
The importance of play-life balance
Moderating screen time
Sleep, physical and mental health in esports
Presentation details:
Cost: Free (Limited spaces available)
Duration: 10 minutes
Sessions: During a school assembly – morning or afternoon available

Frequently asked questions
Unfortunately, we are unable to present to teachers or staff separately. Our focus is solely on delivering the presentation to students, either in a full school assembly or in year-group assemblies. To give faculty more insight into what we cover, our CEO has created a video outlining the key points of the presentation. You can also read testimonials from schools where our ambassadors have already shared this interactive session.
Our presentation is designed for students of all school years and is suitable for a full school assembly. It’s not just for students involved in esports—most students spend considerable time gaming or on social media. This interactive presentation focuses on health and well-being, using esports as a way to engage students. By addressing important topics like screen time moderation, we aim to educate students early, especially as esports becomes more prominent in schools.
